Partner With Clout Blueprint Marketing

These terms govern the Clout Blueprint Marketing Referral Partner Program (the "Program"). By submitting an application or referral, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract. Approval as a partner is at the sole discretion of Clout Blueprint Marketing.
2. Qualified Referrals. A referral qualifies for a commission only when (a) it is a new business or contact not already in our pipeline, (b) it is submitted through the official referral form before we engage them, and (c) the referred business signs a services agreement and pays their first invoice in full.
3. Commission. Approved referral partners receive a one-time commission equal to 15% of the referred client's initial service agreement. Commissions are earned once the client signs an agreement and their first invoice has been paid in full. Commissions do not recur on future payments.
4. Payout. Commissions are paid via your chosen method (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check). You are responsible for any taxes on income you earn through the Program.
5. Conduct. Partners may not misrepresent our services, spam prospects, run paid ads using our trademarks, or make promises on our behalf. Any partner who does so may be removed from the Program and forfeit unpaid commissions.
6. No Employment Relationship. Partners are independent — not employees, agents, or representatives of Clout Blueprint Marketing.
7. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
8. Termination. Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commissions earned on qualified referrals before termination will still be paid.
