Terms of Service

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a service agreement with Clout Blueprint Marketing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all services, including website design, website maintenance, Facebook and Instagram advertising, digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.

Clout Blueprint Marketing provides the following services:

• Website Design — custom websites built for small businesses
• Website Maintenance — ongoing updates, backups, and security monitoring
• Facebook & Instagram Advertising — paid social media ad campaigns
• Digital Marketing Services — strategy, content, and campaign management
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) — on-page and local SEO improvements
• Lead Generation — systems and campaigns designed to attract potential customers

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their business, goals, and preferences
• Respond to requests for feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner
• Supply necessary assets such as logos, images, text, and branding materials
• Review deliverables and communicate revisions clearly
• Maintain accurate billing and contact information

Delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.

All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work described in the proposal. Any changes to the scope after agreement may result in revised pricing.

Advertising spend is paid separately by the client. All quoted prices for advertising services cover management, strategy, and creative work only. Actual ad spend paid to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or other platforms is the client’s financial responsibility.

Websites remain the property of Clout Blueprint Marketing until paid in full. Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and associated assets will be transferred to the client.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Website design projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion
• Monthly services (maintenance, advertising management, SEO) are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur late fees

We accept major payment methods as specified in your invoice or service agreement.

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and mutual availability. Timelines may be extended due to client delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to hourly fees.

All custom designs, code, and creative work produced by Clout Blueprint Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Clients warrant that they have the rights to all materials they provide (logos, images, content) and will indemnify us against claims arising from the use of client-provided materials.

Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, hosting providers, domain registrars, and email service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or downtime of these third-party services.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts with third-party platforms where required (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, domain registrars).

Marketing results cannot be guaranteed. The effectiveness of advertising, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and the client’s products or services. We do not guarantee specific results such as number of leads, sales, website traffic, or search rankings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clout Blueprint Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all fees incurred prior to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms, fails to pay, or engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
